Perfect all round. Fabulous views from the balcony.

Nothing to dislike

The location of this property is spot on, we'll never get bored of the view from the balcony as it's just beautiful. It's also a nice walk around to Paignton harbour and the sea front, if you go the other way, you can walk along Goodrington sea front or around the lakes.

Nothing not to really like, it's our 3rd visit now and would book again.

Clean and tidy, spacious,well equipped and quiet. Great views, lots to do for kids around the area. Information provided in a folder in the apartment was very helpful.

Access to the beach would be difficult for a disabled /OAP person from the property because of the steep slope going down to the beach.

The property is located right by Goodrington Beach which we remembered from a holiday to Paignton a couple of years ago, and also very close to a lovely park area leading to Paignton Harbour. The property was large enough for our family of 4. We loved the balcony which offered an amazing view over Goodrington beach and surrounding areas. We hope to return some time soon.

The only thing we struggled a bit with (location wise) is that there is not really a shop nearby (apart from a small Premier) and also the walk back from Paignton Town involves a steep hill. BUT - if you're taking your car, I believe the property has an allocated parking place so this would not be an issue.
