Зміна замовленної квартири без попередження, зміна ціни за квартиру на вищу без попередження, гучні гомінкі сусіди по підїзду, відсутність безкоштовного місця для паркування (яке було в опису), не дуже чисто.

Нічого

На пошту прийшло підтвердження бронювання, а коли зателефонував то сказали що якісь проблеми і відміняйте бронювання самі. Як би не зателефонував - то поставили б перед фактом коли приїхав на адресу.

не було можливості оцінити

бронював за три дні,в день заселення,будучі вже біля будинку,розумію,що зупинитися там не вийде,на дзвінки відповіли з третього разу,хоча дзвонив за півтора часа до заселення,на третій дзвінок відповіли,но заселитися так і не вийшло,хтось десь захворів,у когось щось не вийшло,відповідь вразила,,ви, кажуть ,гроші ж не платили,нічого не втратили,я втратив свій час і нерви,непорядний власник,чі хто там він є,не рекомендую
