Due to the main purpose of our trip- BJJ European Championship the location was more than perfect just a few minutes walk to the venue. There were plenty of little shops for essentials and many restaurants and coffees to eat out which we really enjoyed. Due to problems with our data we struggled to get in on our arrival but the owner was very helpful and managed to get us in. We loved the apartment right away- it was spacious with two good size double bedrooms and bathroom, it felt cozy and made as feel like home right away. We took care of the apartment for 11 days and treated as it was our home. We felt comfortable and warm despite the weather not being too great 😊 We had our bjj coach staying for two nights and friend that competed visiting us for a few hours and they both praised the apartment. the owner was helpful when needed and we were very pleased with our stay and we’re sad to leave. We had our deposit refunded on our departure day with no issues at all. My son and I already planning our next trip to Odivelas and definitely going to book this apartment again

Équipement non conforme, nettoyage insatisfaisant, barbecue hors service, le four fait disjoncter, le four le micro ondes sont très salle. La ventilation de la salle de bains est très bruyante.

Nothing, unfortunately.

Terrible experience. I completely lost an entire day trying to access the property, only to be told at the last minute that I had to pay an extra €100 deposit that was never clearly mentioned beforehand. This is extremely unprofessional and feels misleading. Poor communication, wasted time, and unnecessary stress. I would not recommend this place

Não gostei da atitude do dono, me faltou ao respeito, não sabe comunicar.

Spacious two bedrooms.

Hot water system. 50% of time it will not work. Have to reset. While taking shower when gets cold, it is not comfortable. Stove did not work. No toaster. No extra bed sheets and no extra blankets. Couch in living room only 11 inch high and was without legs for normal height. Using this couch was uncomfortable. No waste baskets in washrooms and other places to throw trash. Only one waste basket in kitchen. I purchased and put in one washroom and couple other locations in apartment. Both washrooms drains were blocked. In master bedroom washroom shower enclosure door broken. Very limited supply of kitchen utensils. Beds were not comfortable. Beds soft and worn out, not firm. Springs lost their firmness. 2nd bed room ceiling light very dim.

Apartamento bem amplo e muito funcional. Dos poucos alojamentos que estive com sofá suficiente para as 4 pessoas que aloja, de forma confortável. Tem um terraço incrível. Quartos amplo e confortáveis. Estacionamento perto para o caso de não haver na própria rua. Devolução da caução no próprio dia de saída. Anfitrião sempre contactável e muito prestável.

Podia ter um pouco mais louça disponível. O aviso sobre a caução podia estar mais visível para não se ser surpreendido com o pedido da mesma.
