The host is attentive and responsive, and overall is an extremely nice person. Very clean, updated, modern, fantastic value. Washing machine is a big plus for longer stays.

No private parking spot. Public parking in the immediate vicinity is extremely tight. The shower design is a bit awkward. No microwave or dishwasher. But I think you'd find it adequately reflected in the price.
