High quality new build apartment on a quiet residential street within easy walking distance of public transport hub and the city centre. Clean and comfortable with spacious living area with great large TV and entertainment system. WiFi throughout the property, which despite previous reports of poor speed, was more than capable of streaming video without interruption. Huge floor space. Great cooking facilities. Clean modern bathroom with large shower and plenty of hot water. Small terrace which is ideal for breakfast outdoors and catching the afternoon sunshine.
