Posizione comoda, grande parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze, appartamento caldo, ben rifornito di utensili per la cucina, forno e lavastoviglie ben funzionanti.

Pulizia mediocre (il frigo aveva la muffa), zona letto soppalco scomodissima e senza neanche una abat jour, impossibilità di smaltire i rifiuti con raccolta differenziata.
