AC was working well, the apartment was big and comfortable, clean

The washing machine didn't work. When I tried to do the laundry, when I opened it there was a lot of water and it all spilled on the floor. My clothes were soaked and I don't think they were washed at all. Also, the AC was connected to a plastic bottle that I had to empty every few hours. The AC was just in the living room, so the sleeping room didn't have enough of cold air
