The location and size of the appartament

Bed tiny and creaky. Mattress was very uncomfortable. Greeted by a Huge cockroach 🪳 in the bathroom on arrival. Said place would be fumigated. Next day a can of spray was left for us. No cleaning materials were provided. Just a tiny bit of hand soap and washing up liquid. Not even a whole toilet roll or a spare rubbish bag. No ironing board and iron had stuff stuck to the bottom, so was unusable. Internet only worked briefly during our stay. It was sorted on second day, but stopped working again and our messages were ignored.

The apartment was lovely, clean and suited us perfectly for our holiday. We ran into one or two problems which were promptly sorted by the staff. The pool was lovely and never too busy. neighbours of the apartment were also very lovely and helped us out if needed.

The shower was complicated to use and often fell once the water turned off. one of our doors locked us in and the latch broke however the company sent out a locksmith straight away who was a quick to fix our lock and ensure us we would not be charged. very lovely and helpful person.
