The sofa bed leg was broken…. We contacted the management to repair but not done during our 2 night stay….

1. One lift/elevator cannot be used. Could not detect the room card. Was advised to use other elevator, but quite inconvenient since the faulty elevator is the one always available. 2. Stagnant water around toilet area, it does not flow to the draining hole 3. Unpleasant view of toilet brush and tool in the toilet 4. Toilet slipper that has turned to brown colour 5. Dirty mugs displayed on the table upon check in 6. Improper cleaning of the sink in the bathroom 7. Toilet bowl seater has turned yellowish and the spots are everywhere on the seat
