Penthouse Apartment Orihuela Costa

Nice and clean apartment, good value for money in spring. We did not expect the highest standard for this price. The apartment had everything needed for a week-stay, two bathrooms was an advantage. Also liked the pool area (grass and trees, at this time of the year was not crowed at all), gated parking area, access to local cafes and the shopping centre (five minutes by car). Easy communication with the host’s representative. If we visit Orihuela again, we will consider a possibility to stay at the same place.

Since we arrived in early spring, it could have been nice to have a small heater at the bathroom as it was quite cold and humid, sure it is not a problem in summer. Could have been two night-tables in the bedroom.

Perfect apartment that had everything required in a lovely enclosed complex with pool that was never too busy.

Front door lock was a bit stiff for my elderly parents to open.

Tv set with many tv stations. Swimming pool was great.

Superbly decorated, modern and spacious. With a lovely sunny roof terrace and well maintained grounds and pool area. An immaculate apartment in a great location!

Some of the dining ware and glass ware was lacking, the wine glasses were tiny and there were only a few mugs.

the facilities were home from home quality, even down to the a espresso machine, and location was less than 5 minutes to the hub of restaurants and bars.

the bed was a little too hard for me, but Vicky arranged a mattress cover for me right away, top service
