Nice studio unit but can be improved, will repeat 😊

Minor Pipe clogged should be repaired immediately, and do standby extra towel for guests more than 2-3 days. Cleanness can be improved.

Dirty, smelly, had cockroaches!!!

this is second time i booking this room . First time i came the wasn't clean it.It look like have someone just live there but is okay i call the staff clean it up. Second time，the aircond was not function . I call the staff nobody answered. Luckily at last minute the staff asked want change room or not！ please lah improve this room pleasee！😀

To be honest. Im a guest not satisfied about the studio. First we arrived at studio the room so dirty and so many cocroach. And the second the aircond is not functioning. We terpaksa sleep dalam keadaan panas. Third one we wakeup early for sahur and hope the kitchen prepare all alatan masak but so dispointed cause microwave not working. Pillow give only 2.. towel so smelly.. The pot so dirty and smelly. Plate spoon and mug very very dirty. Im so dispointed . I pay much but i get this. After this i not choose stay here again and im not suggest my friend all family members stay almas . The service is out! Very very bad..

Security officers serve better than the accommodation management , WiFi, Netflix and YouTube good. Beautiful house with beautiful views. Security and privacy good. Water heater good. Refrigerator work well. Lights and air-conditioning works well.

Washing machine, rinse and spin not functioning. The sofa is not clean. Microwave not working, it just spin but doesn't heat up the foods as well as the electric stove not functioning.. Hopeless! Strongly disappointed. All these just like an accessories for the accommodation.
