Loveliest Homes Paignton - Sea Front location with parking

Location View was spectacular, sunrises perfect, 2 min walk to sea! Loved our stay

Location was superb. Couldn’t be better

Parking was awkward and the step into the apartment was high and proved problematic for an elderly person.

The front of the property did not do justice for how it was inside. Hard to find at first. Traffic very loud from Road in outside

Location and cleanliness

Nothing was great

The apartment was clean spacious and had an amazing location, the beach was a stones throw away. Leannes communication was quick and friendly.

Unfortunately mattress hard In back bedroom wife slept on single bed myself on sofa . shower tray never emptied in main en-suite so was not good to use as overflowing I unblocked it but never made difference could not use again the shower in main bathroom had no slip mat so my 80 year old mom had to strip wash as couldn’t climb into bath to access shower the bedsheets felt damp on the beds still had previous ppls mess outside middle bedroom on carpet sockets need a clean and refresh balcony would be lovely if it wasn’t grubby and chairs didn’t have holes in the seat no desire to sit out shame really 🙁

Location is fantastic and super clean and spacious inside

My only very slight negative was the mattress in the main bedroom did not give us the best nights sleep.

Lovely location, exceptional placement to the paighton beach the pier short walk away even a tesco, sainsburys and local pharmacy too. The inside of the flat (ground floor) was fantastic, spacious and we'll thought out.

The step to the front door was. Abit too much for one of us, but we managed to assist them in.

Right in front of the beach, easy walking distance to main town centre of Paignton, shops, pubs, restaurants, train and bus stations. Great loaction

Parking on site is only issue. Very tight to manoeuvre
