All'ingresso del residence c'è un cancello che separa la struttura dai dintorni rendendolo più sicuro, ha il parcheggio privato all'ombra, cucita attrezzata, possibilità di barbecue, stendino per i panni, lavatrice. In più il proprietaro è gentile e sempre disponibile. Poi c'è il supermercato Decò di fronte dove poter fare spesa. In 5 minuti di auto si raggiunge il mare dove si possono fare varie esperienze, come ad esempio viaggi in barca ecc. Ancora un grazie a Raffaele.

Struttura completamente ristrutturata con gusto, pulizia al top, ottima posizione, molto bello il giardino. Possibilità di utilizzare un barbecue con tavolo e spazio dedicato.

Appartamento abbastanza grande, comodo e pulito, mobili nuovi. Giardino bello, molto curato e fornito di area dove poter fare una grigliata. Personale gentile e molto disponibile.
