Beatiful terrace. Big appartment. All kitchen facilities, including washing machine. Nice and relaxing swimming pool facilities.

I really like these apartments 👍🏻 Clean, cozy and comfortable. The location of the apartment is convenient, there is a grocery store and many cafes near the house. I liked absolutely everything. Comfortable bed, good linens, bath and beach towels. Very nice and friendly hostess. I will definitely come back again! I felt like I was at home there 💖 10/10

The bed is comfortable. The underground parking place is spacious.

The worst thing was the smell of dog's sh*t everywhere. The thing you need to know before booking is, the balcony underneath the apartment is used as a dog toilet with plenty of bad smelling dog excrement. So the terrace is mostly not usable for sitting there. The smell is also noticeable inside the whole apartment. The shower holder was broken, so you need to use one hand for holding the shower. Toilet flush was also not working sometimes.

The apartment had all we needed: the host was very friendly and helpful and spoke perfect English, the apartment was clean and well equipped and the kitchen was great for cooking good meals. The bed is comfortable, the cupboards useful, the bathroom convenient and the access in an out was easy and safe. The balcony was large, facing south to reveal a full days sun, with views of the sea visible by looking west and could even be seen from a table where we had all our meals, if placed near the edge of the balcony. In the middle of March we had no need for air con or a fan and apparently there is little need for these even midsummer in this complex. The complex was quiet maybe because many of the apartments were unoccupied (apparently a common phenomena in Tenerife) and so the early morning bird song was nice to hear. The complex is also set back from the road, with cars confined to an underground garage or outside the complex. The garage was great for the hire car, to know it was safe overnight. The pool was very clean and warm enough to swim in, even at this time of the year and set in a lovely large open space, with plants around the outside. There was a large separate pool ideal for children and the main pool had a shallow platform on which it was possible to sit in the water in shallow water. The sun was certainly hot enough to sunbathe at this time also. The location of Palm Mar is great, being on the west coast, it is more sheltered than some towns on the south coast and the location is relatively close to the main south motorway TF1, making it easy to reach the whole island. We love walking and it was great to have the countryside so accessible from the apartment. Los Cristianos and Las America are relatively close by car and it is great to walk to Los Cristianos over the unspoilt hills, but it is a fairly rocky and strenuous trek. Other recommended walks are to the peak Roque del Conde PR TF 71 from Vento, and the circular route Roques de Garcia.
