Please note since the February 1, The reception hours: from 10:00 am to 14.30 and in the afternoon from 16:30 to 21:00. Please note that the check-in hours for bookings made between 14:30pm and 16:30pm for the same day, are only from 16:30pm to 21:00pm. The face-to-face reception is located at Av Zaragoza No. 5 (Hotel Avenida). For group reservations of 2 or more apartments, special group conditions apply, 100€ for each flat will be charged in advance. If you bring a pet with you, you will have to leave the establishment as soon as we detect it and you will have to pay a fine.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Alojamiento muy limpio, con todo lo necesario para alojarte en Pamplona, ubicado en el casco viejo y muy próximo a lugares emblemáticos de la ciudad

Lo único negativo que puedo decir es que enviaron a un fontanero para alguna incidencia anterior a nuestra llegada estando nosotros allí por lo que fue algo incómodo

"Fotos no corresponden con la habitación del apartamento"

Sin duda lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación, en plena dentro de Pamplona.

Al llegar nos decepcionó porque no correspondía con las fotos que teníamos en booking, las ventanas daban a un patio interior muy oscuro, con humedades, y salidas de extracción del restaurante ubicado abajo, imposible ventilar, las cortinas de los cristales de la habitación estaban muy dobladas y en mal estado.

Excellent location. Apartment was clean and well presented

Disappointed there were no wine glasses or corkscrew . Tea/coffee/milk sachets would have been appreciated.
