Muy bien ubicado. La entrada al edificio no presagiaba buenas noticias pero al entrar al alojamiento todo cambió para bien.

La escasez de equipamiento (menaje y vajilla), la no existencia de bolsas de basura de repuesto así como algo de jabón para loza y vajilla, el ruido que produce el pavimento de madera en zona del pasillo, la escasez de iluminación en algunas partes del alojamiento.

The appartment was great except bed and pillows were hard. Location was easy walk to restaurants, bars and sites.

Could not drive up to apartment. Had to drag luggage from parking garage a couple blocks away. That should have been made clear in initial description. I did not like relying on my mobile phone to get into the place.

On the morning of our impending arrival we received excellent information from Martin re the location of the property, car parking etc. We were also asked to complete and return an electronic registration form which was followed by a phone app that provided electronic key access to the apartment. On arrival in Pamplona we got parked up easily at Plaza del Toros and the flat is only 300 yards away on Calle Estafada, which features on the annual bull run and is probably the most famous street in the old town. With the help of the supplied videos we successfully gained access to the apartment, which is very spacious and beautifully decorated and furnished. It also has a terrace area which is very nice, and although Estafeta is also a famous pintxo street and gets very crowded, the design of the flat with the living quarters at the back means that you don’t get any street noise at all. It really is an ideal place to stay. We were delighted with everything about the flat and look forward to a return visit.

Great location, clean and modern. Spacious. Everything I could want (except a clothes dryer)

The video supplied showing how to unlock and lock the front door had what looked like a different door (different colour) so I wasn’t sure if I was opening the correct door. Maybe up date your video so that it matches the current door? Also, sometime I did have trouble getting in through the main front door, I would press the unlock button on my phone, hear the zzzzz and turn the door knob but it wouldn’t open. Got the lady from the shop below to assist and luckily the other times some one was coming out and let me in. It was a bit stressful for a solo female traveller.
