"Appartement bien situé et ville agréable, mais gros problème d'accueil."

Appartement très bien situé, et très confortable.

L'emplacement dans un quartier piéton rend compliqué l'accès quand on est en voiture (le GPS ne fonctionne pas). L'accueil ! pas d'accueil physique, il y a un digicode mais pas de touche appel. On a appelé le N° noté sur la résa. La personne a envoyé un mail avec les codes (entrée, chambre), mais je ne l'ai pas reçu que 10 mn plus tard. Finalement, après un nouvel appel, on m'a donné les codes par tel. Parking ! nous avions demandé une place de parking à proximité, c'était aussi très compliqué (il fallait envoyer des infos par mail) nous avons renoncé et avons été dans un parking public, en dehors du quartier. Bref, si l'appartement était bien, l'accueil et la situation dans une zone piétonne nous ont vraiment compliqué la vie. Nous avons vu d'autres personnes dans la même situation. On met au moins 1/2 h avant de pouvoir entrer dans le bâtiment ! On ne peut pas gérer cela par des échanges de mail à l'arrivée, il faudrait avoir toutes ces infos avant.

Recently renovated property very well presented and a great location close to the action. Able to book parking through property at a reasonable rate

All good so nothing not liked.
