Dobra lokacija.

Apartman ima 120 kvadrata, ali je nefunkcionalan. Ceo apartman smrdi na duvanski dim. Vrata između prostorija ne mogu da se zatvore. Nameštaj je polovan i vrlo star, stolice su u lošem stanju i ofucane.
