Easy going owner, cozy bed, clean, parking.

We arrived 2 hours later than the scheduled check-in time. The host waited for us without any issues. The host and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Despite the staff's limited English proficiency, they managed to communicate what was needed. They registered our stay with the police in accordance with local laws. They also brought the missing kitchen appliances and additional blankets. Spacious parking is available near the house in the courtyard. The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk to the city center. The windows in our room specifically faced southeast. The apartment is on the top floor, the house has an elevator

The main issue was the laundered but stained bed linens and towels, which were quite unpleasant. Additionally, there were few kitchen utensils, and those available needed to be cleaned from the previous guests. There was a noticeable lack of shampoo while there was soap in the bathroom. The shower drain leaked, causing a puddle on the floor after taking a bath. Overall, the floor was mostly clean, but some areas showed dust and dirt, particularly on the shelves in the closets and near the edges of the beds. The entrance door seemed to be made of thin material, causing a hundred percent audibility from both outside and inside. The parking area under a tree led to the car being heavily soiled by birds on the first morning.
