Susanna is very friendly and the apto is ok, simple, without any luxury. Veru dificult to find the address as many streets in the city are VERY NARROW and you risk to get stucked as we did. Otherwise it is very well located.

Everything was absolutly perfect. Localized in the historical centre of Peccioli with lot of history and new moder art in the public area. Suzanne' s studio with terase is wonderful place to enjoy Tuscany in his heart with history. There is no full streets of tourist. Peaceful luxury stay in the renovated studio fully furnished and very clean.

We did not find anythnig what could be bad.
