Everything was great! Super owner! They greeted us, explained everything and were always ready to help, I highly recommend it! ;)

It was clean and comfy, the host was really nice :)

It was a bit difficult to go up to the 5th floor, there was no elevator.

Really nice apartment, has everything for a long stay. There are 3 grocery stores nearby. Special thanks to Zorica, she is very cute girl that can help in any situation! I advise everyone!

It would be great to use a metal kettle, because cheap plastic is very harmful at high temperatures. The apartment is on the 5th floor without an elevator, it can be very important for someone.

Being left without accommodation at the last minute can be a stressful and frustrating experience, especially if you have already made travel arrangements and have limited options available. Unfortunately, this is what happened to me when I booked a stay at Home Sweet Home Novi Ead, only to have my booking canceled an hour before check-in. According to the owner, they had personal problems that prevented them from accommodating me, but it would have been more considerate if they had informed me well in advance. Instead, I was left scrambling to find alternative accommodation at short notice. While these things can happen, it's important for hosts and property owners to be professional and transparent with their guests. Good communication and prompt notification can go a long way in preventing unpleasant experiences like this.
