The apartment was near to legoland and medini mall.

Our stay was unfortunately disrupted by multiple issues. Upon check-in, a bathroom door broke during normal use. The host sent a technician to repair it, who informed us that the door was already faulty and needed to be used carefully which suggests that the issue have existed before our arrival. More seriously, the building experienced repeated power outages throughout the evening. As we were travelling with three young children and there was no clear timeline for restoration, we had no choice but to secure alternative accommodation at around 9 PM. While I understand the power issue may have been outside the host’s direct control, I was disappointed by the lack of assistance offered and the refusal to consider any refund for the unused nights despite the circumstances. The apartment itself was acceptable, but the faulty bathroom door, repeated power outages, and the way the situation was handled significantly affected our experience.

Very neat and clean and aesthetically decorated. Had a very comfortable stay. Self-Check in and check out were very simple as well.

Good location! Walking distance from Legoland, other attractions and the mall.

Using a budget unbranded television. The remote control is not working properly and we had a hard time navigating the television as it is not responding to the button that we press. Even after sending us a new universal remote control does not solve the problem. No guide to sign in to their Netflix account. We have no television access for the entire day.

The location is opposite of Medini Mall. Very convenient to find food to eat. We just cross the road then can have our dinner and buy some breads. The host provides good service. She prepared a file for the usage of the electrical items, where to eat, where to shopping, etc.

Every time enter the top parking lot, need to register. It's for security purpose. But, for visitor is not feel secure. Visitors have to write the personal details : IC no, phone number and car plate number on a log book. When we write our details, we also can capture other visitor's personal details. Hope that the condo management could change to more secure method to protect visitor's personal details.
