Nama je bila ovo odlična poslovna lokacija. Sve čisto. Blizu trgovina, luke, hotela Pinija itd.

Često se šire mirisi kanalizacije ili tako nešto, ali možda je to povezano sa svim radovima na kanalizacijskom sustavu u Petrčanima. Taj miris je bio jedina negativna stvar što se tiče smještaja

Arti jūros

Prie pat bažnyčios, kur kas pusvalandi skamba labai garsiai varpai tiek vėlai vakare, tiek ryte 6 ir ne po karta o po daug kartu kas trukdo poilsiui. Lauke visai nesutvarkyta, apžėlę viskas. Prie staliuko lauke nepasėdėsi, nes pirma reikia susitvarkyti ir apkirpti visus krūmus ir vijoklius, kad tilptum ten sedėti. Plius paukščiu apkakota. Katinu apmižta lauke, tai kvapas nekoks. Nuotraukos neatitinka realybės. Nėra sieteliu tualete tai uodai skrenda, o nevedinus kaupiasi labai dregmė.
