L'emplacement et l'environnement

Dans l'appartement 5 il n'y aucune chambre (alors que c'est marqué 2 chambres sur le descriptif !!): un grand lit dans le salon salle à manger et des lits superposés dans la micro cuisine. L'appartement 5 est très bruyant car il est en face de la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble. Donc on entend toutes les personnes qui rentrent tard dans la nuit et qui sortent tôt à partir de 7h00 du matin ☹️. L'hôte n'a pas voulu nous changer d'appartement.

Die Unterkunft war sauber, die Küchenausstattung gut und die Betten sehr bequem. Das Bad war neu saniert mit toller Regendusche. Vom Balkon hatte man einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Alpen.

Das Wasser im Badewaschbecken lief nur langsam ab, der Abfluss ist verstopft.

Не понравилось то, что нет пакетов для мусора. И когда попросили нам их дать, был получен ответ: мусорные пакеты закончились. Ну как же так, в таком шикарном месте очень не хотелось оставить после себя бутылки и картоны из под сока((

The apartment was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. It had a spacious living room and a small but well-equipped kitchen that perfectly suited our needs. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and the bathroom was modern. The view from the terrace was absolutely stunning. It was a bit expensive, but definitely worth it.

We really loved the apartment – it was beautiful, and we had hoped to return in the future. However, our stay ended on a disappointing note. During our travels, we’ve never been charged for a slightly late check-out (30–40 minutes), but here, unfortunately, we were. After we left, the owner called to say the apartment key was missing and not in the key box, so the cleaners couldn’t access the property. This led to some phone calls and explanations, and eventually the key was found – but the late check-out fee was still charged. We fully acknowledge that we left a bit later, but there were no cleaners waiting, and we would have left immediately if they had arrived. Overall, we found the owner’s approach a bit inflexible, which left us with a bitter feeling at the end of an otherwise lovely stay.

The view, the location, and the overall quality for the price paid. The apt owner did respond to questions and issues.

We stayed in apt 21 and, unfortunately, the people staying in the apt to our right smoked early and often. We're non-smokers and apt 21 is supposed to be a non-smoking apt. Unfortunately, perhaps due to circumstances beyond the control of apt 21's owner, we were sickened by cigarette smoke and will not come back here again. There were a few other small issues (no sound insulation at all, ridiculously big pillows that hurt our necks, no fans nor AC available for hot summer weather for an apt that receives evening light until the sun sets around 9 pm).
