The noise in the night was loud from the central aircondition machine from the 1st floor. It is located at 3rd floor and the soundproof was not there.

It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and there were all the basic facilities in the room. The location was not far from the Impact.

A bit complicated to find the room and the noise from the air conditioning.

"Perfect place for person watching concert or sportgames at Impact Arena"

Room is spacious and comfy. Everything you need is there. Its a very nice place to stay if u have plan to watch concert or sportgame near Impact arena area. Its only 10 minute walking. So its very convenience The owner is very nice and helpful. She told how to do sefl check in very detailed. (a bit complicated but you will get it) I forgot the key inside and i had to call her to help me which she helped right away. Much appreciated.

No parking available. You need to spend a lot of time to find a free parking space nearby
