La ubicacion. El edificio, entrada y ascensor totalmente reformado. El apartamento tambien.

Ventanas interiores. Juntas de la ducha sucias y oxidadas. El resto todo bien.

Ubicación y la casa, limpieza y muy coqueta.

Solo es revisar,tema de cocina o no supimos o el exprimidor no funcionaba. Tostador con muchas migas,sin limpieza. Y la vajilla justa pero problemas menores
