Appartamento di buone dimensioni, tranquillo e luminoso,equipaggiato con tutto l'occorrente; letti comodi; parcheggio privato.

In cucina c'è poco spazio per cucinare; la struttura necessiterebbe di un pò di manutenzione. Il quartiere, nonostante abbia i servizi essenziali e diverse attività commerciali,è poco vivace.
