Casa Laurito

Perfect location.

The property overall was very nice and spacious. We had a little balcony to look out on and there was a washing machine and an iron with an ironing board too which is very convenient since we needed it for a wedding we were attending. The air conditioning was very cooling and the bed was extremely comfortable, making our experience stay in Casa Laurito very enjoyable.

Nothing major we disliked about the property but wished the towels would have been replaced as we were out all day and with the weather being extremely hot, we wanted fresh ones as well as the bed made but it was a big deal breaker.

Spacious and very clean little place. Had its own washing machine/clothes line as well which was great. We had 3 night stay but was unable to watch tv as it never worked. David tried to assist but to no avail. Very disappointing.

I know it can’t be helped but the 160 steep steps to & from our room.

Very central, apartment had everything we needed!

Right in front of bus stop and centrally located, walking distance to the beach and most restaurants, cafes abs bars. Quite place and host was very helpful.

Slightly overpriced for basic room. Only given one set of towel for a week for a family of three. Not much space for luggages on the floor but other than that the place was good for us

Perfect location to explore Positano as it is situated in the middle of the main area of town, close to great restaurants and shops, and is a short walk down to the main beach. It’s also very close to Mandara parking which is a common pick up and drop off location for transfer services meaning you don’t have to lug your suitcases far when travelling. The property also has a washing machine for clothes which was an added bonus we didn’t realise at the time of booking. Davide was a responsive host and we would definitely stay at his property again.

The wifi was a bit unreliable but overall still worked. The walls are quite thin and you can often hear your neighbours and people in the hallway. There are many steps to the property but is to be expected in Positano!

The location is AMAZING!! It is only a 10 minute walk from the beach which is great because walking around the hills of Positano gets very tiring. The washing machine was convenient but didn’t seem to clean our clothes very well.

The house didn’t have great ventilation so when it rained a little everything in the room got damp, and stayed damp for a while. This made everything feel extra dirty, especially when some things already felt a bit dirty.

Location ideal. Out of the hustle and noise but within easy reach of the centre of Positano
