Apartaments Populetus

Good location close to the mountains and the wineries. Very pieceful place to relax and disconnect. The apartment has everything we needed, utensils to cook, a fridge, a table to eat, a nice bathroom and our beds. The owners are very kind.

We were able to hear the people from next door, so there might not be as much privacy as one wanted. If you have a lot of luggage, bear in mind there is no elevator. There is no parking in the property, you will need to carry your luggage up/down the steep streets and find a place to park. Nearby there are spots, shouldn't be so hard.

Wonderful location in the Priorat wine region, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and orchards. The village is typical of these region with narrow passages and streets lined with old houses and of course, the obligatory beautiful old church at it's centre. The surrounding countryside is a joy to drive, cycle or walk through. The flat provides a good base with a well equipped kitchen (although you need to bring your own cork screw). For the price, I'd say you couldn't do better.

The apartment had been recently cleaned (which is good) but there was a "bleachy" smell that lingered for a while.
