This is a studio with a little room off side which has a wardrobe and a timber baby's cot and the small refrigerator in it. The kitchen is well set up. The Queen and single beds were comfortable, the linens and towels lovely and the AC heaven in the heat. Despite its size you could make it work for a longer stay than our two nights. It is just a very short stroll into the central storico. Real coffee pods for breakfast with milk in the fridge. Biscuits and some long life buns as well as jams and dry rusks. Of course that reserved parking spot out front is gold too.

Nothing really. The only thing is that in the photos and in person when you see the dividing screen in the unit it has a photo that looks like an over-water bure in the Pacific Ocean. That picture then cheapens the whole look and feel of the place. I understand that the blue water matches the tiles in the kitchen. Just paint the screen the same colour. Holiday makers coming to Peschici from Australia, like us, think Peschici is exotic, not the Pacific tropics (that is our home, haha)...

The location, though it’s better to come with a small car if you need a parking place

First of all, non-reliable. The phone no. that is in the confirmation of booking is not connected, a fact that we discovered only after sending an WhatsApp message. Then we got another number to connect (also, something that was very difficult also). The promotion and advertisement of the property on booking.com website declare on free wi.fi. When we asked for the password the reply was ‘there is no wi.fi’. We sent an WhatsApp message with screenshot of the property’s description and the reply of Mrs. Flora was ‘it was disconnected on 15th September (which means that there was enough time to announce it, to suggest to cancel our booking and refund the money that we already had paid in advance).

Really great location in a quiet wee spot. We had a car park reserved out in front which is perfect in an area where parking can be notoriously difficult. Our host was very kind and attentive.

The apartment is located in the city centre with reserved parking space. Interior cured in detail with lots of appliances to make the staying super comfortable

Lack of Wifi if I have to think about about something to improve

you need to be prepared for steps but it’s not a big problem if you like walking.
