I was offered a unit that we didn't agree on. Nothing is comfortable. The workers are not dressed in good manner. There's no privacy.

"it was treble"

the place is not what is says on booking.com i need a refund there was no towels to have a bath i had to leave the next day without having a bath and also had to wear cress clothes as there was no iron. the tv was not working and the room was treble. on booking.com its says it come wth towels but there was nothing also it said it comes with a fan but there was no fan

I cancelled the booking because there is no reception and the room is not clean, poor hygiene, and a stinking house and not safe.
