I always loved the location. Nice and safe parking close to the elevators. Apartment was nicely furnished in a minimalist vibe. Nice room layout and sofa. Had to rearrange plugs for my convenience .

TV was clearly bricked by account restrictions by streaming providers. Luckily I didn't need to watch DSTV as I had my laptop. Shower was a big disappointment for me, the water dripped out everytime and had to place a towel , luckily it wasn't white. One major thing, never ever rent out 1421 and 1420 at same time.. Invest in a broom or similar, otherwise it requires bending your back evertime. WIFI I have mention again cuz I had to use my personal mifi most days and especially if you connecting multiple devices .

The locality. Proper parking and friendly reception.

No patio furniture. The remote curtians and blinds not working properly. Bathroom door plain glass, no privacy. Double bed very small. Apartment smelly when you enter. No sugar, coffee, tea or milk. Airconditioner very noisy. Not good value for money.
