The location was perfect and our host was super nice!

The bathroom appeared to be new and renovated, the water pressure was pretty low so made showering and washing our hands quite tedious.

The room was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked well, the patio door worked well to keep the outside noise out. Location was perfect.

There is no parking specifically for the hotel. There is a public parking area around the corner. Once we knew that it was fine. There is also zero way to tell where the hotel is. We drove around a few times looking for signs. We eventually parked in the free lot and had to ask nearby restaurants who told us where it was. There was still zero signs indicating which rooms are hotel rooms.

Beautiful newly renovated property in the heart of Pollonia. Clean and comfortable. Daily housekeeping was great. Margarita was a wonderful host.

The property was clean

The power outages and street noise were unbearable. I left after first night of my four night stay. I was awoken to Airconditioning beeping so loudly and the power went off three times over a one hour period. I didn’t even last the full first night of my stay. Street noise and the downstairs bar added to my leaving. The balcony door also didn’t close the whole way leaving a gap for the street noise to pass through.

Loved our stay, Pagona Studios are well positioned across from Polonia beach, with restaurants, boutique, tours, car & ATV hire, kiosk, cafe and minimart all downstairs from the rooms. Our comfortable and generously proportioned double room was tastefully styled. Loved the comfy bed. Appreciated thoughtful details such as beach towels, drying rack outside, and screen door to keep out the mosquitoes. The bathroom featured a good sized shower with excellent water pressure. A note, the room safe is tiny, no space for laptops etc but we weren't particularly concerned. We loved that our room had a furnished balcony which over looked the informal 'town square' of the Polonia beach precinct. We sat there in the evenings and watched all the goings on. There is some noise from revelers late at night, so if you're a light sleeper we'd suggest also closing the shutters outside before shutting the balcony doors. Staff were in touch ahead of our arrival to assist with transfers and anything we needed. There is no reception so we arranged to meet staffer Margarita on arrival and had a number we could contact her on.

We liked everything. If pressed we'd say the room cleaning service was inconsistent. Some days fastidious, other days the floor hadn't been swept and was sandy, despite our efforts to keep it out.
