La ubicación es perfecta. Cerca del ayuntamiento y de las calles de pintxos. Las instalaciones muy cómodas y tenían de todo.

Si vas con carrito de bebé o personas mayores, tener que en cuenta que es un 2°piso sin ascensor.

great location, really central but very quiet. Charming house and flat with two balconies. Easy with a code to get into the flat.

Not really anything to complain! :-) Maybe that I had to download an app to manage the first entrance. It's practical on one hand because you don't have to meet somebody, but it was also a lot of information to fill.

The apartment is in a great location, close to the bus station, supermarkets and tapas bars. Walkable to all sites. The old furniture in the living room gave a homely feel, and the kitchen was small but workable. The spacious bathroom was spotless and included a new washing machine (but no detergent). Beds were comfortable, and very nice to have french windows at both ends of the apartment for airflow. Steph was very helpful on Whatsapp when we had problems.

As we are not very tech-savvy, we found the Staymyway app difficult to download and use. Fortunately, Steph was able to give us other means of access. We were aware that it was 2F with no lift, so we had to limit our outings to cope with the climb! Also, it may be a problem for some that the bedroom contained 4 single beds, but it did feel spacious for 2. A few basic things were left in the kitchen, but no oil . There are only 2 small hotplates, with an exhaust fan that had broken switches.

We booked a one bed apartment. Excellent location. Property is nice & reasonably well-equipped, but could be so much better with a few tweaks, some maintenance & a deep clean.

A distinct lack of privacy with the building stairwell looking into the apartment's hallway - this becomes a problem at night when you use the hallway to get to the bathroom, as the stairwell sensor light illuminates everything! Creaking floorboards throughout - plenty of loose & sagging timber boards to catch you out! Minimal supplies - for a week-long stay, we were given two coffee capsules & an empty box of laundry detergent. Glassware & crockery had to be washed prior to use. Heating didn't work (no instructions & couldn't read dials/settings on one radiator). Maintenance reported to the four women "managing" the booking, but not acknowledged. Too many issues to list here. Property has the potential to be fantastic, but needs an edit in the kitchen/dining area & a spring clean throughout.
