Casa Roberta

The view, the view, the view!! It was like a postcard. The room was cosy and had everything you might need. You have a private garden to enjoy the view. The host was very kind.

It is uphill, so you are a bit far from everything, but there is a bus that stops almost in front of the house.

The views from Casa Roberta were amazing, though it came with a number of stairs which proved challenging after a long day. The welcome basket of food and drinks was a pleasant suprise. Franco was very responsive, Apt was clean and well equipped.

Nothing about the property itself. I underestimated the number of stairs and my fitness levels...definitely a personal issue :)

Positioned above and away from street noise. Host provided many snacks and coffee.

The absence of tea.

Paradise is found at the Casa Roberta and offers terrace / balcony with stunning views. No doubt, Positano is one of Italy's most romantic vacation spots. Trust me, this is the perfect Apartment for a romantic getaway in Positano.No going to lie, some steps to climb but no pain, no gain, the view and apartment are worth it! Besides, we were highly impressed with its clean and comfortable rooms and additional facilities. We will recommend others for sure!

You cannot walk to this property. You can stroll into the town but back. You must get a bus (which is always packed) or a taxi

Beautiful scenery off balcony

Taxi and bus services are non existent in Positano. Definitely was our worst stay in Italy ( including Venice, Florence, Rome , Assisi, Capri). None of this was fault of lodging. Its just difficult to get to with Positano transportation situation. Even though they have taxi stands and bus stops you may have to wait over an hour for one to come or none may ever show up. Tourists need to be forewarned about lack of taxi/bus availability...when they do show up, a one way taxi ride up the hillside is 40-50 euros. The walk downstairs into town is OK without luggage, very difficult with luggage which we had to do upon checking out because bus was full and taxis didnt come. Forget about climbing uphill

Lot of steps to get there but 100% worth it

Would highly recommend staying here, the views are amazing so worth the hike up. It took us about 30 minutes to walk up from the centre of Positano. Definitely recommend using a porter service for luggage. This wasn’t communicated to us very well by the host but Blu Porter are so easy to use. They take the bags off you straight from the port and deliver them to the accommodation. You can also take the bus from the town centre which gets you there in 10 minutes and stops almost right outside the apartment. Breakfast was lovely - the host leaves lots of nice things in the apartment. The apartment has a beautiful terrace and incredible scenery!
