Great location. The beach, shops, restaurants, train, metro are all nearby. Large terrace with a beautiful view.

The bathroom could use a little more care, replacement or repair of some parts / shower, board on the toilet

Wonderful spacious apartment with an incredible view.

The bed wasn’t to my liking. It was flat like cardboard and didn’t accomodate my body. Desperately needs a mattress topper. On the top floor with 6 flights of stairs. No lift. Pretty tough with luggage.

This is one of the best, and most well equipped apartments we have stayed in. The space is well thought out and lots of small touches make the difference ( playing cards, herbs & spices, washing detergent, plenty of nice kitchenware etc) the balcony is large, gets the afternoon sun and has lovely sunsets. It is located on the 3rd floor and with no lift. A ten minute walk down takes you to the town, and local train, the metro is 5 minutes up the road and local buses run a short walk away. A supermarket and bakery are 5 minutes away, along with a few bars and restaurants. Our host was super responsive and on hand to answer any queries.

Nothing to dislike. Only improvement would be more comfy seating on the lovely terrace.

This flat stands out from all other flats we have rented over the years, in many respects. First, it a very much a designer's flat (which our hostess Gabriella confessed is her profession) and for this reason extremely modern and clean and "classy". No matter who you are, we doubt that you home is this nice-looking! Second, it was hyper clean and tidy. Third, it is very well equipped, but in a "high end"-style, meaning that the kitchen was a smidgen sci-fi to us. We needed to get instructions for the (induction) stove, and even the coffee maker. But that's us, of course. Gabriella very kindly popped by to instruct us, although we just stayed for two nights. She was also replying to our texts when we accidentally turned off the AC. (Word of warning: often in Italy pushing a button can have unexpected consequences, often in another room and for an unexpected device.) The balcony is on top of the building and overlooks the Anfiteatro Nerone, the third biggest ancient Roman arena in Italy and the balcony is facing the setting sun so we spent wonderful evenings there. Finally: it takes around three minutes from the train station to the flat (and vice versa).

Nothing to do about it, but the road beneath the balcony is heavily trafficked. There are some 70 stair steps up to the flat and when we were there the lift was out of function.
