Convenient, guarded and secure.

The door is manual and difficult to open; the security was kind to accompany us every time we left and required access to the apartment so he could help with opening same. This was a real inconvenience. The Wi-Fi was poor. Also, as friendly as the staff is, they actually cannot help much as the apartment is privately owned so you rely on your host’s responsiveness.

The area and the views.

The check in process is terrible, I had to check in at 11pm because I couldn't check in on the time I had selected, the host did not pick up my calls to assist reception with way forward.

Lovely location, went to a concert.

Smart key fit for entry was broken. Microwave was taken in for repairs with no replacement. Had to wait for the room to be cleaned prior checking in, well after the designated check in time.

apartment was clean, and close to restaurants / shops.

The reception lady was to occupied with the phone then in serving the clients at the desk. Had to wait for more than 10 min, she handed everting to a second person to make copies as she was on the phone, very unprofessional. the parking bay allocated to me was more than 40 meters form the lift.

Apartment was in a great location,but NOT clean.The kitchen utensils and the floor was sticky..this place needs a deep clean. Replace the towels for better quality ones and the bed is terrible.It must be the cheapest bed ever
