We stayed at this apartment recently and there were definitely some positives: the place was very clean, the location was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

On the downside, the walls are quite thin so we could hear a lot of noise from other rooms, which made it difficult to sleep at night. Also, the elevator stopped working on the second day of our stay, which was inconvenient.

It’s miserably loud. From the tenants playing loud music, to people talking loudly in the corridors to the old piping that seems to announce that it’s still working whenever someone flushes the toilet or takes a shower. It really feels like you hear everything. Another thing; the combination of their firm bed and their high pillows were the perfect recipe for a restless night (aside from the noise issue already mentioned). I think Next To should just be an apartment space solely for tenants; or at least have a designated space for its visiting guests, away from the tenants.

The place is quiet u get a peace of mind to rest and relax ,It is a beautiful place to be at it feels like home.

I think they need to improve on the reception side where at times there is no one to assist maybe employing a person who will be dedicated there cause it's a big Apartment .

The rooms were very spacious

Upon my return from the meeting, very late in the evening, the room was not cleaned, and they were not bothered by that. Oh and upon arrival, I asked for iron and they simply refused. Even the kettle had to ask the following day for it
