The beds are so comfortable and Elaine she so sweet and amazing.

The cleaning was not that great but not bad at all and windows would really be great

I had to download the Fluss App (don't need more apps on my phone) and this did not really work for me despite, removing & re-installing etc. Elaine the Owner was however very helpful and friendly, did not hesitate to assist and open and close for us. She then also met us to hand over the keys and opened up for us. I always enjoy a personal approach rather and she fun and welcoming.

That I didn't have to download an app to gain access but Owner worked around that for us. Would have liked to possibly find a bottle of water in the fridge and a little milk (rather than powdered milk) as I have experienced previously. I personally would prefer a ground floor apartment next time but I did know I had a balcony so I knew that this stay was not ground floor.

Luxury accomodation. All you need in a tranquil private setting. Close to all your needs. Owner is attentitive to all your needs. Really a good place to stay.

Elaine, Christiaan and Michelle were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Two friendly cats made me feel extra welcome.

Everything was good. No problems at all.
