"Disappointed in the host"

Beautiful place, perfect for a time out with nature and everything you need is in place.

At 10am they switched off all utilities ( water and power) and I tried calling the host but he declined my call with “please text me” note, and he never reverted back to me. I understand that 10am is checkout time but on booking.com it said checkout time is 10:00 - 11:00. Even so, the least the host could have done was to inform us that lights and power will be taken away. I really felt like this was rude.

We struggled to make fire with the wood, but it could hq e been due to poor quality Firelighters on my side
