It was in terrible state and bedding was stinking awful it made our holiday miserable

Great venue, great place to stay even if the caravan is starting to degrade slightly

Would have liked to meet the owners face to face for handover

Good leisure facilities, quiet. Nice welcoming gifts - prosecco, cream tea, coffee and tea.

It was listed as an apartment but is actually a caravan/holiday home.

The host, Felicity was very helpful and thoughtful.

Excellent location, lovely lodge - well cared for and our host who confirmed our booking and all the details was exceptional - fantastic service, very highly recommended.

The property was really well cleaned when we arrived and enough space for our family of four. All mod cons such as smeg kettle and toaster and all utensils needed. Bed linen and towels were also provided. The terrace got the sun in the morning but the huge fir tree blocked it by mid afternoon but we were still able to sit outside in the peaceful surroundings. The facilities on the park are as expected - great outdoor pool (unheated) and indoor pool with a slide. Food in the restaurant was fine and kids had fun in the park and football pitch. A short walk to the beach which has a beefeater pub and easy wander to the green. Felicity was always prompt with her responses and very helpful. There was a lovely welcome package which was a little treat for the start of our holiday- very thoughtful and kind.

hot tub is in the main pool area - advertised as with hot tub which is a bit unclear.
