Appartamento spazioso dotato di ogni comfort. Tanti elettrodomestici presenti: frigo grande con freezer, microonde, tostapane e macchinetta del caffè. Abbiamo soggiornato con un bimbo di 1 anno e ci hanno fatto trovare pronti sia seggiolone che lettino. Cucina con tutto il necessario e letto comodissimo. Patio con sedie e tavolo per potersi rilassare all’aria aperta davanti a casa. Posizione strategica per visitare Pisa, Livorno e raggiungere la costa. Zona tranquilla e a due passi dalla coop e dal centro di Ponsacco. Proprietari gentili e disponibili.

Lovely interior, the kitchen is well equipped. There are two separated bedrooms. It is not a lot of natural light in bedrooms. It was very clean. The parking is a bit inconvenient if you have a wider car, because there are a few houses along the street and the cars are driving by. We didn’t have a problem, but it could be a problem for a larger SUV. The host gave us all the needed information in advance. Grocery shop is 2/3min away. There is a mosquitoes repellent. Great air conditioning. The whole vibe is amazing, would definitely come back.

Everything well. The flat is close to the village border, a supermarket is quite close. For other services, one has to go slightly further but in walking distance. Convenient base for coastal Tuscany region.

Some harmless dogs come around that leave their "rests" just in front of the door.
