The aparment is in a quiet street of Mondello in a lovely neighborhood, 15 minute walk from the beach with crystal clear water. It is close to great restaurants, the grocery shop is about 200 meters where you can find everything you need. Not many turists in this area of Mondello, you experience the real life here. Bus link to Palermo is perfect if you are patient 😊 or use the 806 which is very reliable but you need to walk a bit to the bus stop. The other buses stop in front of the villa. Toni, the owner is a fantastic person and host who took very good care of us and gifted us with an excursion to the Sanctuary of Santa Rosalia, the Cathedral of Monreale (UNESCO site) and the Capuchin Catacombs. The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped (laundry room is a blessing), although in my opinion the kitchen would need a bit of TLC. The only downside of the place is that it’s in a bigger villa and the neighbours can be quite noisy sometimes in the evenings, but if you are not going to bed as early as I usually do it won’t bother you.

The apartment was very comfortable and walking distance from Mondello beach. The people all along the neighbourhood was very nice and friendly. Sr. Tony was really helpful and friendly showing us all around making sure we were good walking by ourselves. There is also public transport by the door and supermarket is a block away. I already want to come back.

It was closer to great restaurants and cafes and not too far from Mondello beach.

The hot water was running a bit low but in summer is not really a problem

Nothing bad to say,very good position of apartament (10 min walk for beach) with market shop a 2 minutes walk and bus stop in front of location.The owner very helpful and present.The apartament is very clean and not missing nothing to make you feel comfortable,even coffee machine ready,we definitely choice again the same apartament if will be free.

We love everything. The house is clean,comfortable and it has everything you need inside! We love also Sig. Toni, the host of the house. He brought us in 2 top tourist spots in Palermo + Cefalu! We recommend his place 101%!

The owner was really hospitable. He gave us transfer from and to the aiport at a very reasonable price, despite the late hour of our arrival. As a gift, he also brought us to Monreale and Cefalu (two important towns to see in the neighbourhood) during our stay. The apartment is spacious, more than enough for 2 people.

The apartment is in the basement with only highly palced, small windows. Therefore it is darker than the average.
