Amazingly big and homy house that had everything our family needed and much more. Beautifully decorated, all the comforts of a true home. Just a few minutes walk from Motley Plain with all its shops and restaurants. Mike the owner was very kind and helpful. We would come back anytime we need a place in Plymouth.

Steps down to lodge a bit tricky could do with edges painted for when it’s dark or wet

The house is clean, spacious and has complete equipment (a big plus for the clothes dryer). The owner is nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the house smells musty.

The omnipresent mold on the walls and ceilings (especially in the bathroom) disqualifies the house for a longer stay for health reasons

Warm welcome from Mike. The facilities are good; you have everything already in the apartment from a washing machine to utensils for cooking. Lovely location with many shops within a 5min walk.

The apartment was only superficially cleaned and this spoilt our stay. It requires a deep clean and some maintenance particularly in the bathrooms. A fresh coat of paint in areas would also help bring this place back to its former glory.
