"Comfortable apartment in Penzance"

The apartment was ideal for our purposes - including 2 comfortable bedrooms, cosy living area and a fully equipped galley kitchen. Clever use of space and tasteful furnishings. Very much appreciated provisions like plentiful teabags, dishwashing products and an arrival gift of local biscuits. Great central location.

We had no dislikes. Note: if you need to wash clothes there is a laundrette a short walk away.

Location was ideal ,very near to bus and railway station and shops.

The water in the shower was tricky to get right went from Luke warm to boiling hot

We loved everything about this apartment. It was in a perfect location very close to the car park. All in all it made for a very relaxing few days away. Carolyn was very responsive to messages and the directions and local amenity information was fantastic. We will def be back.

"Warm, bright, good value apartment in convenient location."

Accessible, warm, bright, clean and well appointed flat. Well equipped with kitchen stuff, towels and bedding. Milk in fridge on arrival, which was great as we could have a cup of tea despite arriving at midnight! Lovely, happy vibe. Very good value for money, and have been telling friends about it since.

Nothing, it was great. Families with lots of luggage may find it a bit tricky to unload in front of the building? We walked from the top car park.

"Overall we had a lovely and peaceful time and we would definitely come back."

Great location , very clean, quiet and easy to access and close to shops and walking distance to the promenade and fully equipped.

It would have been better if the shower had more pressure when using it. I struggled a bit to sleep with the pillows and wished they were more firmer.
