La signora ci ha gentilmente ospitato nel suo appartamento, gestendo telefonicamente il nostro arrivo, nonostante l'ora tarda. Le persone sono molto gentili e cordiali, Pozzuoli è bella, con alcuni negozi di ristorazione sul lungomare, piccolo minimarket. L'appartamento, al secondo piano senza ascensore, ha una bellissima esposizione con vista laterale sul mare, in un interno a pochi passi dalla strada principale, è ampio, con tutto ciò che serve, una comoda cucina a vista, che affaccia sul salotto, divano letto e cameretta matrimoniale. Bagno con doccia, balconcino.

Purtroppo Pozzuoli è molto trascurata, negozi e locali abbandonati e vuoti, immondizia buttata un pò ovunque. una stazione dove passa la Cumana, fatiscente in rifacimento, per cui niente e nessuno a cui chiedere, con unico binario, L'appartamento nel complesso è carino, con tutto ciò che serve, magari alcune accortezze in più da avere, come sistemare il televisore in camera che non funzionava, di l'odore di umidità all'interno dello stabile, lo scarico dell'acqua del wc che apporta poca acqua, la luce dello specchio del bagno bruciata, materasso e cuscini un pò ingialliti e macchiati. Il rumore c'è, ma l'ho trovato abbastanza sopportabile. E' situato in una zona ztl, per cui accessibile solo in certi orari e con sosta di 1 ora. Quindi il parcheggio bisogna pagarlo, o essere molto fortunati nel trovarlo nella zona libera, che ovviamente è sempre piena. Una volta che si capiscono un pò di cose, prendendo la Cumana, si arriva a Napoli in 20 minuti. Ci avrebbe fatto piacere poter incontrare la proprietaria per avere qualche indicazione in più su come muoverci, e qualche consiglio, ma non è stato possibile, ma gli abitanti del posto ci hanno dato una mano. Diciamo che il rapporto qualità prezzo, è un pò caro per gli aspetti elencati. Nel complesso è ok.

Struttura molto accogliente e distribuita in un punto strategico per spostarsi comodamente e raggiungere ogni punto della città. PS:Maria Elena persona eccezionale consiglio vivamente!!!

Super Lage, Strandpromenade und Sandstrand nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss. Lebendiges Städtchen. Viele Restaurants und leckere Gelateria um die Ecke. Schöner Blick vom Balkon aufs Meer.

Good location. Good apartment, 2 seconds to the sea, lots of restaurants around, good prices.

But there is only a problem with parking.

Clean, well equipped.

Sofa bed was a little uncomfortable.

We had a lovely stay at Maria Elena's apartment in the beautiful building- it is clean, spacious and well equipped. getting into the centre of Naples has been easy thanks to the transport system. Staying by the sea in Pozzouli was really lovely and we found some great restaurants along the sea front. It is an amazing town full of history and natural beauty. I wanted to see the places and have this extraordinary experience. I felt the smell and the heartbeat of the volcano and for me it was a great emotion. Maria Elena looked after us really well with prompt responses to numerous texts! and picked us up at a local metro stop when we arrived as we got on a train that didn't go the whole way to her house.

Absolutely nothing

I Don’t usually write reviews unless I can give a 5 star , But at this time I have to : Booked this property from 1/24/2025 to 1/30/2025 , Got there on the 24th around 6 pm after a long flight all We need was a good sleep and rest, The property is located in Pozzuoli downtown , so I didn’t expect the total silence but we didn’t know the apartment was surrounded of night clubs and bar , the music was so laud that even after a 18 hours flights and we were so tired we couldn’t sleep because of the noise and the disco music that we can ear clear from the club downstairs. We left in the morning 1/25/2025 the day after we arrived and never come back , we contact the host to work things out , she never respond , so we contact booking and they did help us and refund us , after we explain the situation, Long story short the apartment has no see view as described on the web side , there us actually a building in front that covers the view you only have a small corner from the small balcony to see the view,it’s impossible to sleep with all the night life around going on , there is no parking and the host is unresponsive and rude . Skip this property if you like to enjoy the beauty of Pozzuoli , and Naples , the kindness of the people if this beautiful city . Don’t let a non professional B&B host ruin your vacation! Just go somewhere else ! Never happen to us before thanks to booking for fixing the issue ! For the rest 0 star !
