Little information regarding what we weren't supposed to do

The place is comfortable and neat. Kitchen had everything we needed in terms of cooking. We enjoyed the backyard area, it was great for cooling off especially with the temperatures in Pretoria. The host responded quick to some of our needs. Overall it was a good stay.

Host didn’t attend to some of our needs. We didn’t get complementary tea and coffee. Ran out of dishing washing liquid, and finish tabs Informed host and host did nothing about it During the stay we had WiFi connection issues we communicated with the host she did not respond. We’re expected to clean after ourselves with no cleaning detergents. Definitely need a change of bed, beds are extremely loud you can hear someone literally climbing on top of the bed. My boyfriend is a light sleeper he got up everything time I made the slightest move. There’s cockroaches in the place.

Outside of the unit is beautiful.

The security system is a total fail. We went through to get facial recognition done but it doesn’t work at all and we had to stand outside for more than half an hour at a time trying to get hold of the host to get in and out the gate making access impossible.

Everything in the property and The Blyde as a whole is excleent. Lagoon, games etc

The apartment is very clean, amenities made us feel fresh and relaxed. Everything is lovely at The Blyde

There is nothing not to like, we will be going there every weekend to rewind after hard work during the week
