"It was a pleasure to stay here, everything that one could have required was available."

Would have been nice if the place had meal offerings such as a buffet breakfast atleast. We constantly had to drive out for meals and required a code each time, the Host spot on in assisting and promptly responded and happy and willing to assist each time no hassles.

I did not like having to get a code each time I needed to go , would have been nice if we had a code for the entire stay. There should also be enough supply of towels and toilet paper as we ran out.

I liked the centre entertainment area. Unit 402 which we stayed in was on the ground floor so very convenient

Unit 402. Would not recommend staying there. Dining chairs dirty, outdoor chair broken, only one fan in the house also broken. Kitchen doors broken. Cutlery and crockery and glasses not sufficient. Not enough bath towels. No drying cloths. Outdoor area cluttered with rolled up rugs. Beds squeak. We went home early.

That my 4 year old son was not let in to go to the bathroom because he had no shoes on...almost embarrassed himself by peeing in his pants...thanks for that! The cupboards of the flat was falling apart...no matching cutlery...for the price one pays per night, I would expect the place to be in ship-shape Reception/concierge staff are oblivious to alternative methods to book accommodation at the resort...will think twice before coming again...or recommending the resort to anyone

Very clean and beautiful apartment

There was no electricity for almost our entire stay and there was no basic backup like lights which made it hard to prepare food and bath especially that we were looking for self catering. There isn't anything to warm up the place in winter. There was no toilet paper. It was hard to get hold of the host for access and help. Parking arrangements were not communicated with us in advance.
