Our unit was clean. And Lebo was pleasant to deal with.

We were not notified that there was construction going on, made it very unpleasant. There were 2 security checks to enter the beach area, that made you feel like we were criminals. And the security staff never explained the various procedures, they only implemented them, there were no signs up to explain either, so we had our water confiscated, because we had not bought it from their shop. They cleaned the pools on Saturday morning, and one of the main attractions: the water castle could not be used most of the day.

I liked the apartment it was so nice and cozy. It was comfortable and chilled. I also liked the beach it was such an amazing experience.

There's nothing I didn't like. Everything was perfect.

The apartment was clean

The apartment did not have hot water, we bathed with cold water. And no mop. Pots were too small.
