The security personnel in general poor service at gate Attendant the face shoot at gate 2 but still it was mission to get access. You try all the gates before access can be granted

The strict rules and ridiculous fines.

The place is secured and child friendly. apartment had sufficient space and suited our needs.

The apartment that we booked was beautiful and neat

The check in process took an hour, only one person was working and the staff was very slow, bad service , too many rules around the beach and annoying.

The Host was really nice and very helpful in everyway also the lagoon was wonderful and exciting, my kids really enjoyed though it was too congested but we opted to join in at around 1530hrs since in the morning the queue was too long and very slow to do the facial pass. Also the directions the host gave were on point, thank you Swella.

The cleanliness of my apartment, some furniture (dining chairs) were broken, dirty/old rugs, the bedding was really dirty, especially the sheets, they were over-turned you could tell they were not washed after the previous guests because we had to machine wash them when we arrived- at night.

Communication from the host was efficient, the property was clean, there is no bath tub but theres a dish if you go there with a little one. The overall location is also good…

The host should invest in things like hand soap in the bath room, treat us like guest and provide things which guest would need…there are no soap for washing hands in the bathroom not even a towel. It would be very nice if they could provide those. Also, there is no soap or body wash in the shower, lucky enough I enquired about that before I checked in. The bowls as well are not bowling…please provide proper bowls, Glasses and mugs…there ones that are there are just for the sake of being there.
